Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of Patrick's Prototype Device and participation in the Fault Monitoring Notification SMS program. Patrick's Prototype Device is a prototype project hosted and supported through FixuTech.

Prototype service

Patrick's Prototype Device is a prototype monitoring service intended for evaluation and testing. Features, availability, and functionality may change as the prototype is developed.

Fault Monitoring Notification SMS program

If you separately opt in to SMS notifications, you may receive automated transactional text messages related to monitored conditions, fault events, restoration or cleared conditions, system status, testing, and service-related notices.

Message frequency varies based on monitored events and system activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After a valid opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message and then no further messages from this program unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using any product or service.

Carrier availability

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier networks, device availability, and other systems outside our control.

Authorized use

You agree to provide accurate contact information and to use the prototype only for lawful testing and monitoring purposes. You are responsible for notifying us if a mobile number associated with your account changes or is reassigned.

No emergency service

The Fault Monitoring Notification program is not an emergency communications service and should not be relied upon for life-safety, fire, medical, security, or other emergency notification purposes.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the prototype develops or as carrier, legal, or operational requirements change. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised Terms.
