This Privacy Policy explains how Patrick's Prototype Device collects, uses, and protects information associated with the prototype service and the Fault Monitoring Notification SMS program. Patrick's Prototype Device is a prototype project hosted and supported through FixuTech.
Information we may collect
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, mobile telephone number, SMS consent status, support requests, and information needed to associate you with an authorized prototype installation. The system may also process operational information such as device status, fault events, notification history, and related timestamps.
How we use information
We use information to operate and test the prototype service, provide requested fault and status notifications, respond to support requests, maintain security and reliability, document consent, and comply with applicable legal or carrier requirements.
SMS and mobile information
We will not share your opt-in to the Fault Monitoring Notification SMS program with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the services of that program. We may share limited personal data, including mobile number or SMS consent status, with service providers that help deliver the messaging service, such as messaging platform providers, telecommunications carriers, and vendors that support message delivery. Such information is provided only as needed to operate the service.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any other data-sharing categories described in this Policy and will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Data retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for prototype operation, consent records, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and security. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information, but no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP. You may also contact us to ask questions about your information or request that information be corrected or deleted, subject to applicable record-retention requirements.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the prototype develops or legal and carrier requirements change. The effective date shown above will be updated when material revisions are made.
